Psychotherapy Counselling and Supervision in Central Bath
I have been a practising Psychoanalytical Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor here in central Bath ,and in London , since 1987. For the last few years I have practised in Bath only.
I am also affiliated to the Analytical Network Bath, a group of Analytical Psychotherapists who help run nine public lectures annually at BRSLI ,Queens Square,. Bath. These are public Lectures on topics to do with Psychotherapy.
Through psychotherapy and through counselling I provide a space where clients are able to take some time out to explore their thoughts and feelings, and have better control of their mood and their emotions.
Clients report that they begin to find they can be much more resilient through therapy, and this enables them to find ways to influence their lives, to make changes, and to make more informed choices.
I am interested in looking at present day difficulties with you, with a view to perhaps locating their origins: these can be as far back as early childhood in some instances.
It can also be useful for you to think about your dreams as meaningful communications; once decoded and understood, dreams can offer you insight into current problems; as indeed can recurring health problems: More things carry meaning for us than you might hitherto have imagined.
.
I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
